Lord's was very thorough inspecting the damages and found underlying suspension damage. They made all the necessary repairs and saved me my entire deductible. They were very sympathetic to the financial hardship the dueductible could cause my family. PLUS, my car was detailed inside and out and looked better than when it arrived at the shop. My family has always used one of the larger shops in the area but I can tell you now that you will get more for your money at Lord's. The owner, Lehman Lord, is always there to help out with anything from helping you get your claim filed to helping you with your deductible. So, next time you need a repair, give Lords Collision a call. You won't be sorry and I guarantee you will use them again! I picked up my car from Lord’s last Friday. They put a nice scrape on the right side of my rear bumper, smashed a reflector, and totally bent the plastic guard inside the wheel well, causing it to scrape against my tire when I drive - all on my brand new 2011 Mazda! Lord's Collision Center changed all of that. The good people over at Lord's will walk out to your car, and personally look at any cosmetic issues themselves - free of charge. They even have a Military discount! The workers there truly care about your experience with them, and will do their best to correct any issues, AND save you your deductible! From personal experience; most other places will see the same car two, maybe even three times before they get a paint job right. Lord's was able to nail it on the first go with only ONE minor imperfection - an air bubble near the top, almost unnoticeable; which they fixed for free. My only headache was waiting for the 2nd wave of parts to come in - which they were able to order and install in less than 3 business days.
